Not even basic purposes. TPI will launch hard off the line as the torque is off idle and the horsepower peak is lower.
HSR doesn't make power until the upper RPMS. So you have to wait for the engine to get up to proper RPM before she leaves you in the dust!
:O)
I'll hit 12's this year. I think Mike has a good idea... Roller bars this summer for those with 310CU or larger.

You need a helmet if you are running under 14 seconds (I think that is the cutoff) and your stock battery holddown will work.

I only remember racing you once.
I've only beat John about 10 times.
Paul has beat me about 15 times it seems. |

What Mike is saying is you don't need no stinkin' helmet. |

You were starting to piss me off. You were ALWAYS 2 car lenghts ahead of me. No matter if a ran a 13.4 or a 14.6. It was like you were sand-bagging me. |

you know, at first i typed "any v6", then realised somone owns a newer v6 that could kick my ass, so i changed it to "fbody", i KNEW i should have said 3rd gen i am sure your fourthgen 3.8 could own my sorry ass like paul owns john my buddy geoff and i were discussing it the other day, we decided his inline 4cylinder celica could whoop my 350 |

If we get to run again this spring I'm afraid it will be a differant story. At least Paul will be easy an easy victory for the blue side this year. I wanna get a big ole sticker on the rear bumper that says F**K YOU PAUL!!!!.
Sorry for the anger, but getting beat by the same white car 15 or so times will do that. |
