so i was looking on www.car-part.com and found a set of leather seats, black, power driver with lumbar (manual passanger) in good condition. guy said they will need to be cleaned, but not re-upulstered or anything. $450. is that too much to pay for seats that are in good condition? i will be picking them up in bellingham while i am up for an engine swap. i have to call him by close of bussiness today so they can pull them. fast responses needed, thanks guys.

also, are there any differences between 95 and 98+. a guy locally has a set of front/rear black leather out of a 95 he would let go for 550. but he says they are in great condition. it would be worth the extra dough not to have to drive them down from bellingham.

thanks guys

I can find atleast 20 things I'd rather do with $500 on my car than used leather seats.

To answer your question, if they are in good shape that is a pretty good deal. To buy or not to buy, that is your decision.

100 Shots of tequila.

Or after meeting Tony.

It could get you about 6 hours of company, with a lady friend. Wink

owned.....

i would not N20... i would get forged internals... and then later i would go turbo Twisted Evil

actualy, if i could blow $500 on anything for the car, i think it would be shocks and springs. it has enough power... it needs less bouncy. Smile

If you ever do go to 4th gen seats remember that the rear seats are not split on 4th gens. The entire back folds down. One thing that was nicer with the 3d gens.

Didn't I pull away from you on the way to Schultzy's when we lined up? Smile Don't blame that on Steve's fatass.

You don't need forged slugs until you break the 150HP shot. Which when you do that, you need all kinds of new n20 stuff than just the kit for our cars.

Mike ran N20 for a long time on his stock L98. Any stock V8 engine in GOOD running condition, can take a 150 shot no problem.

Give him some credit, atleast it's a V8 now instead of a V6....

Negate the fact that 3 of my cylinders makes more power than his entire engine Wink
