Here are the lyrics:
You put me here for a reason
You have a mission for me
You knew my name and You called it
Long before I learned to breathe
Sometimes I feel disappointed
By the way I spend my time
How can I further Your kingdom
When I'm so wrapped up in mine
In a Blink of an eye that is when
I'll be closer to You than I've ever been
Time will fly, but until then
I'll embrace every moment I'm given
There's a reason I'm alive for a blink of an eye
And though I'm living a good life
Can my life be something great?
I have to answer the question
Before it's too late
Cause in a Blink of an eye that is when
I'll be closer to You than I've ever been
Time will fly, but until then
I'll embrace every moment I'm given
There's a reason I'm alive for a blink of an eye
If I give the very best of me
That becomes my legacy
So tell me what am I waiting for?
What am I waiting for?
In a Blink of an eye that is when
I'll be closer to You than I've ever been
Time will fly, but until then
I'll embrace every moment I'm given
In a Blink of an eye that is when
I'll be closer to You than I've ever been
Time will fly, but until then
I'll embrace every moment I'm given
There's a reason I'm alive for a blink of an eye _________________

i would. keep in mind i know nill bout music. i mostly listen to musical soundtracks and metallica, both of which i sing allong with, badly and loudley
kind of sounds like bare nakid ladies (lyrical timing/tempo) meets the overall sound of todays modern rock (that i generally don't like well enough to bother turning on the radio) overall i actualy like it. i can make out the lyrics, it rocks hard enough not to put me to sleep, yet is still gental enough to sing along with without loosing my voice (as i would trying to sing along with say.... andrew wk.)
is it your band?
P.S. i don't get the lyrics at all... |

Lyrics describe a moment in time when the transition from body to soul takes place.
1st Cor 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
