Ok crewbies, plenty of blue camaro's in the crew and recently there has been a lot of smack talk about the best burnout.

For the un-initiated one of our annual large gatherings is Party With The Cows.

(Moo That is another story)

Anyhow, this last year was Party With The Cows IV and as usual burnouts occured. Here are the vids of each of the three blue camaro burnouts in no particular order. Vote for the one you think is the best - winner gets bragging rights.

Warning: Dial up beware - each of these vids are just under 2 meg

Wolfy Burn Out

Rod Burn Out

John Burn Out

(note: John and Rod used some old tires. Wolfy was using his street tires. Wolfy also just got his stealth ram setup running to make the gathering and was having startup issues in the chip.)

Enjoy!

Man them tires got sticky when hot.

I really like the smoke out of my gas tank door.

But I also really like John almost catching the ground on fire.

And Wolfy spraying on his burnout was a CC first to my knowlage. Pretty cool. Cool

I think my burnout contributed to this later that day.

Heheh, the pavement was smoking for SO long after I finished my burnout.

So did rodney vote for himself? I didn't vote, but if rodney did, then I'll have to to make it fair.

Hmm maybe I'll go with 411 and the T56 heh.

Voted for John. I just dig the ground all back to the future like! And since rodney had the power advantage and STILL left tire for John to burn up... tisk tisk. Laughing

Refer to Cows 2004. Ol' Mikey burned the ever loving tread blocks out of his street tires.

He actualy bought tires the very next day. Wink

so where is this "party with the cows" where you can do burnouts and no one calls the cops? hell, in my area you even rev the engine in the driveway and the police show up. Rolling Eyes

That'd be at my place here in Skamokawa! Very Happy That's a private piece of road there we do the burnouts on. Nearest neighbor is about 1/4 mile away. They've been pretty understanding.. even to the 4am exhaust revs from 3 3dgens. Party goes all night long. I'm sure the cops no about us too, but if we keep most of it off the streets it hasnt been a problem.

LOL! Well the farm would be mine. Got 130 acres here with the county road down the middle. That burnout pad is a piece of the old county road. When the road was moved the property was traded so we now own the old road. Even if the cops come around its private property right there. Now who's going to post a bit of "test loop" video?? Very Happy

i think i should built a car mounted camera pod. it would have a plexi glass box wit the camera mounts insite (this box would protect the camera from road dirt and water) and would attach on top and bottom (leaving rear and front with clear views) and would have baisicaly a bycicle mount style after that, four legs with rubber bits would go onto the door and for straps (wraped tightly around the door) would hold it on, with an aditional one gong forward to the front quarter. (for wind)

it would be realy cool on thirdgen videos to have a few POV style shots. just a thought...

I'm working on a camera mount for inside. I think it's cool to see the gauges and shifts while going.

both have there cool points, just as long as some guy isn't letting the camera bounce all over the place it looks prety profesional. (no offense to the cameraman in that video, not much choice when the cars bouncing everywhere)
