so how fast does the average ricer do a 1/4? and how fast do you think either of those two piles does it? if my 3.1 happens to be challenged would it be up to it?

It really depends. At PIR we see Civics running anywhere from low 12's to the kid in moms accord clicking off an 18.5

Dewey is right.

You can never really know...have to look for the subtle indicators as to whether any motor money is hiding underneath that spray painted, I mean, carbon fiber, hood.

As for camaro v6's =, I've seen built five speed ones put down a 15 sec.
Thats decent. I'd have to say, you might win 50% of the time against ricers.
