As posted on other boards I frequent:
I finally got around to mounting up the lowbeam projectors today. Actually last night and today. Took me longer than I though. The beam pattern is f***ing sweet. I'm thinking about getting one of those HID retrofit kits from eBay but the bulbs that I'm using now (h9's) are supposed to put out almost 2600 lumens (compared to HID's 3200 and regular halogens {I think} 1400)
AAAAAnyways. Look and enjoy, comment and complain.
I still have to mount a front side turn signal. Which I thnk I'm going to do an single LED strip across the bottom of the opening. I also have been thinking about putting a piece of clear plex/lex over the front of everything and rigging up a set of those "halo" or "angel" eyes from BMW/ricers.
Thoughts?
Damn, my front bumper is scratched to hell...
So much easier when everything is off.
Bracket shots.
Front end shots.
High beams somewhat adjusted... still need to do some minor aiming.
Final product. Low beams. Look at that cutoff line. Awesome.
And yes, my house is pink. _________________
