				Just found this ignition article. I've always heard that if you have an HEI there is no need to install a CD ignition system. This goes into the reasons why you maybe should. It also discusses coil selection when you have a CD ignition. The type of coil you select will even change the ignition timing and can be used as a tuning aid. But the effect isn't very noticeable with a stock inductive ignition.

				That one is news to me as well. I think I see MSD boxes on HEI cars more than on anything else. I ran one on a DuraSpark with good success.   |
