You guys think you're cool but you have no proof of any such thing.

I know I'm cool because my mom told me. And I do not have ground effects. -- QED

I called the guy today on that iroc. He says it has a clean title and runs strong but has a dent on the driver side door from being backed into in a parking lot. Other than that no crashes or anything else that should turn me away from it.

JMHO, if you want a V8 car and have limited time / money / space / tools / knowledge and or drive get the V8 car at the start. It wont take long, you will want more power and will start looking at heads, cam, exhaust etc.

If the car runs decent, is not hammered and isnt rusty you will save money in the long run. That is if you planned to stick with fuel injection. If your planning on going carburated, keep your car.

hey i wanted a v8 so i bought another thirdgen! i drove the v8 for a long time and totally forgot about my freshly painted v6 car. its hard to keep "upgrading/modding" two cars.

i've learned that more power just means more sophisticated speeding tickets

Jon if we have learned anything over the past few days it's that having either a slant six engine in your car, or no ground effects, guarantees you near-infinite coolness.
