i gotta deal with either getting emissions or "moving" to a location that doesnt have them
my question is since i dont have an EGR valve will it pass or fail based on that?
im running the HSR with 24lb injectors & a 58mm throttle body
all other emissions crap is still on

In Oregon I know they don't check for NOx emissions, which is what the EGR is for. Dunno about Washington though, I was under the impression Washington isn't as strict on emissions. |

WA doesn't check for NOx on the old cars.
Wolffy, where are you failing the test? |

Just run it in and check it once. Then fix anything that comes up. The first retest is free.
I've gotten a TON of crap past the sniffer in this state. Mostly just with Iso-Heat. |
