I have my old clutch and pressure plate from my Z28 left over. I figured instead of tossing them out, I'd like to help a crewbie out and donate them if anyone needs them.
They are Zoom MU stock replacement style for a V8 T5, held up fine to my 355 unless I launched really hard three times in a row. Then they would begin to slip a bit.
Never taught anyone to drive stick with this setup, never excessively slipped, only launched hard a handful of times. Mostly freeway driving. About 20,000 miles on them, lots of life left on the disc.
Replaced because I don't think they will hold up to my HSR very well. I have a bit more of a performance oriented clutch now.
Anyone in need? Let me know. I'll do my best to get 'em to ya on the cheap. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Nope, the TOB was rattling really bad with the clutch out so I threw it away. Long story, but it got damaged once when my tranny was out.
When/How/Where do you want the clutch stuff? _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Tony, smart man. No good to reuse a TOB anyway...
Chris, early Saturday will be fine. I'll PM you my new address and phone number. Is your clutch no good? I would have thought you'd put in a new one when you built your motor.
jakemk8706, gotta be faster on the draw than Quasi-Traction. Here's the clutch I'm giving away, it's pretty cheap if you just want to buy one.
