Yeah, that's just a core block I got from work so I can start mocking some of this stuff up.

Not coated though.

I just snapped that with my cell. It's the only thing I have. Wastegate is goin on the left there and will be plumbed directly into the downpipe that'll run back along the header and down. The last primary actually dips down and forward making a nice pocket for a downpipe.

Nah, I wouldn't really say 'borrowing.' It was a core for a 92 chev truck that had a rod knock. Although, with the replacement the customer chose there was no core so it just sat around for a couple months. They were going to just give it to the engine builder we use but I have better uses for it. At least until the turbo setup is done then it'll probably just get given to whomever wants it.

Looks sweet so far! Are you gonna have any hood clearance issues?

Should clear. It'll be close but it's nowhere near as tall as the HSR. And no, it'll have a crossover in the stockihs location.

I talked with Edgardo from BBS Designs and he made me a custom manifold to clear my low mount alternator. This thing is BEEFY. like 3/8 thick flange and incredibly thick tubing.

Nice!

If i designed it right I would have plenty of hood clearance Wink

Glad to see it is coming together duder. Car is already bad ass. Will be way cool with more power and a little interior attention.
