Stan's Headers in Auburn. But expect to pay A LOT. It's all mandrel bent stainless steel stuff. You can tell them exactly how you want it routed, what couplers you want and what muffler. When I first got my TA I had them fab up a catback for me. 3" converter, 3" pipe back to the magnaflow muffler I'm still using today. Had them pop a band clamp above the rear axle so it's easy to yank out the exhaust for any work done to the car.

I've also heard great things about Kitsap Muffler in Gorst. A buddy had the exhaust done up on his 81 shortbed chev years ago and he was really happy with it.

Kitasap Muffler put mine together. Due to clearance issues with the Y-pipe I had (Edelbrock TES), they fabricated one which is really a tee, but flows better than what I had. Both collectors exit into 2 1/2" pipes, the driver side gets expanded into 3" and the passenger side tees into that 3". They won't put flanges in, so I have one piece from the collector to the tailpipe. Also, they don't have the ability to mandrel bend. It's more than enough for my 305 even with the restrictions it has, but I have plans to fix it later.

Kitsap muffler can't mandrel bend? That is weird. They do get a lot of business, and I know of a lot of complaints/issues, but that just comes with the territory.
