I made it up to Monroe to watch Travis and others drift their cars around the course at the Evergreen Speedway. According to Travis, the weather couldn't have been better, but he said the higher horsepower guys were complaining. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, and I froze my butt off, it was fun watching these guys slide around the course. I tried taking some pictures from the tarmac, but the lights from the grandstand and the weather made for a difficult time. After some editing, I ended up with some decent, if not grainy shots of some of the cars in action, some ended up a little blurry as panning is an art I haven't quite mastered.
The driver of this Mustang was really good
Travis in action...

That mustang was incredible! The guy had a huge turbo on a small block ford. Yeah, he was really good too.

| I heard that he has a slick e-brake set up too. Apparently it's all hydraulic and has its own set of calipers on the rear rotors. I suppose I could be done, but where do you put the reservoir and cylinder for it? |
