$400 I have ever spent. I've been sort of half hearted looking, and this just sort of fell in my lap. Its a 97 4.0L with an auto. Needs some work on the cooling system, but I drove it around all weekend, without any issues. it is dripping a little coolant here an there, but looks like it is coming form the t-stat housing, so hopefully it will be an easy fix.

Yeah, a guy I work with was just going to donate it to charity, so I offered him $400 and I'm going to help him work on his motorcycle, so he took that, instead of just donating it.

How did you make a score like that? We just sold my gf's (fiance) 94 Cherokee sport this summer. It was a good truck. The 4.0L engine is pretty good. Ours kinda rattled a bit but never gave up and towed my heavy 19' sbf boat no problem.

Whoa. Definitely nice score. Go for some longarms and a mild lift and you'll flex all over the place!

Wow, you can't argue with $400. I bet it won't take you too long to get your money's worth.

Glad to see you decided to give the XJ a try Wink

Nice!

Can't beat a rig like that for $400.

Made a shopping list of wheelin' parts yet?

I was gonna ask you if you ever got the timing marks realigned on the Audi.

That's the last I heard about the progress on it.

Yup, I do it crewbie style. I buy a new car the week before dyno, so that I can blow something up!

Yes sir. Well, maybe, That is if it revs up NA this year, last year it didn't want to run NA, if i get an OK NA run in first pull, then you'll see the juice flow.

I just got the NOS one. I called Justin and Baxters, and had him add on a few discounts.

coo. You don't have a bottle heater right? You will need to figure out a way to keep the bottle temp up before you dyno. This cold will make a big difference.

I know, I'll probably need to bring it inside for the night, I am not sure how I'll keep it warm once we get to Steve's shop.

Although, I bet they would let me store it inside.
