Haha, I've seen that one before. The dude lived with only minor cuts and bruises! I think it was ttop but you can tell that the firewall and window frame prevented the tire from dropping down onto the driver. One lucky dude. Can you think how he felt with that huge tire hovering directly over his head? He probably shat himself! I know I would!

I wish I was on that call! I bet the extrication could have been really complicated, since he had minor injuries, I bet he self extricated. Impressive!

My first guess, is that it is in about 5000 little peices. Considering the carnage, I think there is a slight chance that it may have been broken.

There isnt much metal on one of these hatches that far forward. I've had mine explode. It was in a million little pieces.. There is only the little rim piece around the outside and the very back part left when that happens. The glass was everywhere.. even under the hood.
