I saw a post over on tgo about a guy who had those on a car he bought and the cracked, rusted and broken right after the bracket. Just tried to do a quick search and didn't find them _________________

I've never been a fan. It is less of a 4link, and more of a ladder bar type setup. The rear IC because the front mount point, which is VERY far back, I would not want to try stopping a car in a real hurry with that kind of setup. You are also right about pinion angle migration, it wouldn't be very good. If it was more like a real 4 link, it would be cool, but the lack of ability to adjust the instant center, would rule it out as an option for me. I also don't trust the bending force that is added in the cetner of the arm, from the lower link, so those are just a couple of reasons I wouldn't run those.

It's a ladder bar. It's made to make the car go forward. The design itself is totally fine. Hell I think the same type of thing is on my Wrangler. For handling? Probably not so much.
Stopping would be fine for everyday usage, just not as user friendly on the road course. |

Paul, how long are the links though? I would guess quite a bit longer than our LCA arms.
The braking, would depend on how fast you wanted to stop. I wouldn't want them on my car, if I had to panic stop.
