I don't want to hijack the injector cleaner thread.

It's a red 86 IROC, 70,000 miles that is all original still but has been sitting along time. Picked it up for $500 barely running and missing the passanger side window. Really good black interior plus body and ground effects are perfect as is the nose. I want to try and paint it. The paint is toast. I snuck it out of town tonight and went on a 10 mile drive in the country and it is starting to run pretty decent. Am getting a code 33 & 34 so I still have to get that sorted out. It will get licensed this week now. I really want a nice stock IROC, no mods. This one fits the bill once I get it running right. I had it running after I got her home this summer until I went to change the plugs and found #6 full of coolant. So it sat until winter and I pulled the heads and replaced them with the ones off of Bart's old 83 TA. A world of differance between this TPI engine bay and the one on my blue car. Alot of fun overall and alot of new stuff to learn.

Aaron, I do have an 82 Z-28 that is in pretty rough shape, and it is pink. I only got it because it was free and needed to be removed ASAP, plus it had single vein IROC wheels on it so I grabbed it up. No title, will prolly meet the crusher.

seems you find some reasonable deals in your f-body searches...

believe me, once I get up north again, I'll want another thirdgen for a daily so I can put my SS for other such interesting fun...

if you happen upon another running something that might only need some minor cosmetic work, or an interior or something, let me know...

if for whatever reason you decide you don't want that iroc though... again, let me know ... Twisted Evil

seriously, jealous... down here, thirdgens are rare, and the only ones i ever see for sale are V6's or modified to hell and back
