I got a this from another group and thought it was such a great idea,
that I decided to pass it along.

When you are making out your Christmas card list this year, please
include the following:

A Recovering American soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue,NW
Washington,D. C. 20307-5001

Even if you don't approve of the war, please show how much you care
about those who have bravely fought in it.

Whoops!

While well intentioned apparently this is not the way to cheer up the troops.

There are several suggestions within the article to help out the troops however.

Naw - we will just direct our efforts toward the charities and addresses in the article. I just happened to stumble across that today.

Very Happy

This piece was on the news today, there is an alternative way to do this via Xerox who sends greeting cards designed by children to our troops.
