My wife and I are building a home between Lacey and Yelm on 5 acers, we cleared 1 1/2 acers. We were hoping to have the timber sold to a logging company for some extra cash. Well, as things turn out, only 1/3 of the lumber is good enough to sell to the timber yard. so we have a crap load of fire wood.
I will know more in 3 weeks of what is and what is not garbage.
Anyone who wishes to come over and cut up logs and haul them off for fire wood for FREE, Please let me know! |

| I was just talking about building a shed or something to store some firewood in. It is a bit of a drive though, to fill a f-body with firewood. Thanks for the offer though! |

my parents was going to do that this fall but i told them the wood prices won't go up till spring. since they are at their lowest. alot of logging companies like to buy logs from people when the prices are low and stock pile them till spring and sell them when there high. _________________

| Well, my fire wood is for FREE! Our new home has a gas fireplace, it was cheaper beleive it or not! So, the only place we can burn wood is outside. We don't have much use for it. I need to wait a week or two for the loggers to pull all the good logs off the lot before I give the go a head to get the firewood. |
