I'm in the process of buying my first house and it has a rather small 2 car garage (19 x 19). It's better than the single car garage in the rental so there's no complaints! Good news is I'll have more space to work on the car. Bad news is I probably won't have any money to do so because of house payments. I guess you can't have everthing! Laughing

I'm really looking forward to building counter space to work. Heck, I'm just looking forward to having my own house!!! Cool

Thanks! The cool thing is that my car trailer is going to start giving me some payback. I just built a 3 foot fence around the trailer and viola!, it's a moving trailer. That will save a few hundred bucks.

Congrats! Owning a house is a chore but a great investment!

The best mod I did to my garage besides having it insulated, tying up a ceiling mounted engine lift!
