When I did the transmission calculator it luckily said I only needed to change the driven gear. Now the problem i can not get the new gear into housing and the new gear is slightly longer. The red gear is the original and the green one is the new one. The green gear will not slide into the black housing. The green gear has a slight bump in it similiar to an o ring but it is hard like the gear. Is the new gear supposed to be slightly longer and should i just try forcing it over the bump? Thanks

| figured it out i need a new gear housing. Now I will have to wait for another item to ship |

Some of their stuff is good, but I had one of their jacks freefall on me while I was lowering it. That was enough for me not to trust any body parts under anything they sell.  |

I don't.
I had one of the coil spring compressors break on me. Was on one of my Z-28 front springs. I'd just moved my hand away when it let go. Otherwise.......hamburger hand is what I'd have left.
I do have a set of crow's foot metric line wrenches from them that are ok. The damned things are so thick there is no way they would ever spread and round the fitting off. My angle die grinder from Harbor lasted 1 day. I said screw that and bought a Dotco. Can't kill those things even if you tried to. |

I'd never buy tools with moving parts from Harbor Freight. Screwdrivers, wrenches, etc...just fine.
