Got the block about a week 1/2 ago, Its sitting on a pallet in the shop,
Will be going to Lyle Winters for blue printing.
Will be a MPFI 454 small block Super charged.

This thing is going to be a torque monster...

Will post pics after machine work is complete.

Isn't the iron eagle their heads? Is it a little M block?

Sounds cool though, lots of cubes. Very Happy

well they do have the heads but this is the Iron Race block.
We couldn’t afford the 5,000 dolor aluminum, so we went with the Iron block. So we settled for the 2,500 dolor block.
It’s based on the 400, its wider and taller, takes a special pan, .400 wider.
Also takes a BBC Cam that is raised .391 , it has a raised deck as well .325,
We figured we might as well go all out
Should be fun, I believe we are going with the Paxton, Novi 2000 as well.

Lol...

Ya, its gona be a while, maybe a year.
He just got a job, after grad, from H/S. so He is putting his own money in to this monster. (wow) looking at min stroke of 4.125, 4.250 max, cranks
Will be doing some stiffening as well to the car.
He is in a hurry to do this but, I told him the last motor took a year.
Oh, Ya, he is giving me the last motor we did, that has the bad cam...
Hummmmm.
