I don't think it looks all that great on 3rd gens, but to me it looks better on the 'birds. _________________ 92 Camaro

I'm not a fan of it either. Too much round to go with the camaros sqaure lines. I see that hood on everything nowadays and I barely like it on the original car it came on.

| That hood is just a trendy fad and won't last the test of time. It's on everything from Dodge Rams to Grand Ams. |

There is only one car on the planet that can pull of that hood, and it's the LS1 WS6 Trans Am. On a Trans Am there are lower holes that somewhateven out the look of the hood holes. Put it on any other car and it literally looks like a giant snout.
That said, do what you want. You're the only one putting money into your car, and you're (hopefully) the only one driving it, so it should be 100% personalized. |

As long as you like it.
If you're torn then succumb to peer pressure! (And don't get that hood!) |

HAHA, I have never liked those hoods. I know i am preaching to the choir, but i feel like i should step in as well. They are all round and bubbly while a third gen camaro is very angular. It just looks off. go for something like the SS hood like dewey mentioned:
There is a toned down version for firebirds that i don't mind. like this one:

Big Block stinger hood... best hood EVER for an aftermarket thirdgen Camaro hood IMO ... tops out the loved/hated turbo iroc hood and some others...
other than that nifty jongbloed hood of years past that no one ever mentions anymore |

the only after market hood i would put on a 3rd gen Camaro is a cowl hood. i know it's been done, but a 2-4" cowl just looks kick ass on a bird. 2" more so then 4".
RAII hoods NO.
