| If it helps I have a fan and cage (no box), plus a cut wiring harness (only about six inches). Fan is a little noisy, but it blows. |

Well, ya.
I could put new bearings in it right?
This is the ones that is made for the AC delete box right? the other will not work. From what I here its a hole different setup..
If so, ya I will take it, as long as I can fix it.
thanks

Well, either motor will work, but you need the right shaft length and cage.
I bought my delete box with this motor in it, but it was noisy so I took it out. I got my old motor (which worked great) and put a different short cage on it (from an '89 Bonneville IIRC) and it seems to fit fine.
The problem with reusing the AC motor is that the shaft is to long for the short-shaft cage on the delete box. So you need either a short shaft motor for the cage, or a short cage that can take a longer shaft.
Confusing, I know.
Mind if I swing by tomorrow after work (4:30-ish)? You still live in the cul-de-sac in Puyallup? |

| if you space it out a little bit you can use the AC motor, but i would not recommend it. you can get NEW ones with the fan from NAPA/schmucks ETC for a reasonable price. |
