The 13" C4 HD or early C5 will..... well it will fit inside the old school 16" IROC.... not sure if his will.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure just the LS1's will fit under a 16, as well as the wilwoods ebmiller has put together for the crosslace crowd. These will require a set of 17's. I don't think any c5 setup will fit under a 16 though.

Which I just happen to have a set of the vette wagon wheels and two tires for cheap as well. Very Happy

When did the C5 start? My brakes are off '95-'96 J55 setup which was standard. I thought those were C5?

The c5 started in 97. The Ls1's use a different rotor than the c5's. As well as a different bracket.
