so i degrease my engine and now it misses liek a mother im assuming i got water in the dizzy or it got down inthe spark plug tubes and is grounding the wires to the block....correct???

Those are the most likely things. If you did it with a warm engine it may evaporate fairly quickly. Otherwise you'll have to pull things apart and dry em out.
