Sold my 1964 fairlane on New Years day for $500.

Kind of apprehensive about seeing it go, but it was indeed time.

Unfortunately this leaves me without a car at the moment, but that's being looked into.

I'm gonna miss that car. It'd always start on the Second or Third crank no matter what the weather outside was like. I logged nearly 14,000 miles on that car in about 2 1/2 years of ownership.

complete Stranger took it off my hands. He told me he's got another 64 in better shape that he might use this one for parts off of.

Its all the same to me. I got my fair share of use (and abuse) out of that thing.

To actually get the car running, just the fuel starvation problem and a Cooling fan. I'll probably go with a clutch style like earlier LG4 cars have.

I would like to get the wipers working again before dyno, due to our unpredictable Oregon weather, Clutch slave cylinder needs to be bled again, it sucked all the fluid through. Also needs exhaust, it just dumps out the headers right now.

I think I can get most everything done before dyno except maybe the exhaust. If I could fab up my own, I know I could have it done by then. I've got most of the pieces picked out, just have to go get em.

You drove the 64 at night without guage lighting for as long as you have owned it, I think you can handle a similar situation in the Camaro. on the other hand......

Just some side exits and youre golden.

I ran w/o a speedo for a long time.

Just run a solid fan? Didn't you do that already?
