While the car is down, I decided i'd clean up and re-powder coat the punch amp. It was severely corroded. So bad that even after sand blasting, acid etching and pre-baking it still bubbled the coating. Looks much better though. I also repaired a bad transistor in an old Patriot 400watt amp I had. Coated it as well. Going to put both of them back in the formy.

The color is a translucent blue with heavy metallic and pearl, shot over a silver base. I like the look even better without the flash. Didn't realize how much of the powder was floating around, my hair and face were totally glittered with the metallic.

Havent thought of anything else to do that color. I have lots of black chrome powder on my car though. And the car itself is a dark blue pearl metallic.

I'm slowly accumulating colors too. I now have silver, black chrome, blue, mirror red, chevy orange, chassis black, and clear.
