It's looking like I'm go for saturday. A place to crash would be good Paul. Al the swap meet is right next to the racetrack. Being the October swap its only at the expo center. The spring swap fills both the expo center and PIR. And you have to park across the freeway LOL. |

Well like I said I will be out of town Saturday but the way that Hardcore is kicking me in the ass I may be at the track Friday night. I would offer my place Saturday but not sure what time I will get back and possible we may spend the night out of town.
Cheers,

What is the plan for the swap meet? Is everyone meeting somewhere, and what time? Or what is the deal with that. |

I plan on leaving just after 8am, that puts me in the neighborhood about 11ish. What's that look like for you Paul, will you be home or should we meet somewhere. Either way works for me. My nephew's command decided it's ok for us to corrupt him this weekend so he'll come down with me. |

Paul, don't wait for me at your place. I may be running late, Bart is coming over to work on some beer in the morning, I'll probably head out after that. I'll give you a call, and meet up with you guys at the expo center.
Is Brandon coming down? |

I'm assuming so. His previous post was made today in the PM.
I'll be here either way. |

I'm underway, give me 2 1/2 to 3 hours, maybe a little more depending on traffic. |

Tony, anything you bring you'd have to leave in your rig. Think of this as a huge car only garage sale. Many people will be open to trades though and everybody dickers on price. So if you see something you like offer a trade, you never know.
Also, if you still have that 700 I may "dicker" with you bout it today. |

Now I know where my baseline is and where the first engine improvements for the 89 should be. Bone stock I was able to get 16.330 @ 84.26mph on the best run. Apparently my stock exhaust system is the biggest restriction, Brandon told me it sounded like I was "pushing air through a straw." So when the time comes to do the first mod, it will most likely be the exhaust system (all of it).
I smoked the tires on the first run and ended up letting Paul beat me with the 2.8 Cavalier, though I did best his speed by almost 4.5 mph. I also need to learn the best RPM to launch at when I drop the clutch and keep traction. |

It was great seeing you again. Glad you had fun at the race track. Now you just need to get some modifications going. |

Sometime after New Year's and when I have the time and money. Have house mods to do too (front door, garage door). |
