My best gues would be on Saturday after all the festivities, including Mangus' BBQ. The facility is open until 10pm every day. If we can aggree on a day and how many we have (hopefully more than 10 for group rates), I'll give the place a call and see about group rates.

I read through the event post and it's kind of a jumble of "activites" that is rather hard to follow. I may have to be home saturday evening so I was trying to figure out if I should just stay here, or drive up myself, or what lol.

Hey guys, if somebody could assemble at least a rough schedule, it would help a lot. I'm only free on Saturday afternoon, but I can't stay out all night, cause I work the next morning at 7:00.

Ok here is a quick schedule I put together so you guys can plan around it.

Saturday:

Noon to 4pm:
BBQ and Cruise-IN at Clyde Revord Motors
7900 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA.
BBQ will be served from 1:30 PM to 3 PM @ Clyde Revord Motors.
(I need to inquire about costs w/ the man who is running the show, should be pretty cheap).

4pm to ??:
Mangus' BBQ/party/whatever you want to call it at his house in Lynwood (about 10 minutes south of the above activity)

?? to 10pm: Go Karting
CHAMPS NORTH
18311 Bothell-Everett Highway
Mill Creek, WA 98012-5233
probably 5 min travel on I-5 from Mangus'

Sunday:

9am – 3pm:
ALL PONTIAC SHOW & SHINE At Everett Mall,
1302 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA.

I should also ask, do we need to bring anything, for hte bbq on saturday, or whats going on? I know several of us are going to be there from P-Town, so if you let us know what we need to bring, that would be great.

This really should live in the main gathering thread (to avoid duplicating data). Since that thread is cluttered...

I'd rather do carting either before the lunch BBQ (perhaps we can do carting around 11am to 1pm, then show up to the lunch BBQ at 1 or 1:30), or between the lunch BBQ and the BBQ at my place. I don't think we'll need to spend all 4 hours at the lunch BBQ. The BBQ at my place can be much more relaxed this way (we can cruise beforehand, etc, and start eating a bit later), and will allow us to hang out without being pressed for time. We can watch a flick at my place, or just hang out and eat some food and drink some beers, etc.

Regarding what to bring:

1) Bring your car
2) Bring some cash for carting, gas, and incidentals
3) I have a couple of 12 packs for "general" consumption, but if you have a drinking preference, bring whatever you like to drink
4) Bring a sleeping bag, clothes, and toiletries if necessary (out of towners)

I'll take care of everything else for the BBQ (food, etc), so no worries there.

We still need to work out the details of where people are staying. I'm going to leave that up to those in need. If you guys need assistance, let me know. I'll do whatever I have to to make sure people have no excuses to flake, including call your bosses and raise hell, etc (IAN!).

I'll post my address and phone number along with directions to my place tomorrow afternoon.

Nice. Mangus save me a spot on the floor! I should be down there around noon on Sat. As long as the wife doesn't complain too much I'm planning to crash at your place. If you need me to bring something more than what's listed let me know!
