chris and i picked it up today. dead battery, so we pulled it onto the trailer, charged off the GTA when we got it home and drove it off. i will drive it (plate-less ) to DEQ on tuesday and pray i don't get pulled over. then i will be able to get plates and drive it legally. |

Yeah, you gotta love how the sheet metal on the front clip was an entirely different color. For how crappy that car looks, I"m suprised how well it continues to run. It serves me very well. gets about 15mpg in around town driving. _________________

well. got her licensed today. she passed DEQ with flying colors even after i bypassed the smog pump . i asked them to noise test it. 86 DB i got my "pacific wonderland" 1956-1963 license plates on there. had to convince the lady at the DMV that YES it is infact legal. been driving it around today... forgot how nice t-tops are in the sun.
anyway here is a picture of my plates incase anyone has never seen one of those plates before. and for the fun of it here is an engine bay shot of the GTA. try to stop yourselves from licking the screen

I miss those plates already!
I thought you were gonna put the Pac-wonderland plates on the GTA and the Gambno's on the White bird? _________________
