|
|
Hello guys. It is nearly cruising time again, with over 40 degree temps and many, many, scantily clad women walking around...so...
Therefore it is time to purchase a new toy..something that you've always wanted.
I wanted to just give you guys a glimpse of the things we sell up here at the Family lot, Houston Motors, and also, just to wet your appetite for some yummy metal since you are all GM guys.
visit this site to see what i mean
www.tjsamericanhotrods.com
This site is run by a family friend who owns a big collection, ignore his pricing, as ALL the cars are cheaper through me and my father, those are just for the E-tire kickers.
So if you see something you like, email me at dylanhouston@gmail.com, houstonmotors@msn.com, or just PM me here.

Don't think I could afford em ever either, but they are just lovely to look at.
I sat in that 62 impala, the Boyd pro pick, but my dad wouldn't let me go burn out in it.
Whats a 100,000 dollars if you can't roast some rubber. _________________

It really is ugly. Black would be good. Or Deep blue.
Originality is key though. _________________

It just makes you wonder what kind of colors made people happy back then. Seriously, rusty poop? That has to be the mopar code color for that Car's paint.
That and GM green, ewww, I saw a COPO Camaro 1969 go for six figures in that color thanks to Barret Jackson _________________

it's the cunundrum facing any owner of an all-original car. "it needs a new color, but i can't violate the 'originality' of the vehicle"
the inconsistancy of my posts reflect my thoughts on the subject. it is ugly and should be painted a different colour, yet you can't just repaint a car to your liking when it is an all-original 37K mile car... no matter how much you dislike the factory "rusty-poop" color. |

The slingshot digger in the sold section was sweet for $10.500. And the 409 car........could really enjoy that. What they did to the 409 is pretty wild to say the least. But $120k |

Man, I could really go for that BB Chevelle....
I could never buy a car like that Hemi, simply because I would instictively take it out and enjoy it by roasting doughnuts in the nearest empty parking lot, thus "ruining" the car. I'd much preffer a nicely restored, but non-original car like the Chevelle. |

He likes to hear himself type.
He'll most likely have a minimum of 5 posts disputing this. |

I like the 1986 Zimmer Quicksilver. Most people wouldn't pick up on the fact it's just a highly moded fiero with chrome bumpers. Ha. Nice collection.

At first I thought it was a modified V6 Firebird or something, then I saw it was rear-engined, and it hit me what it was. |
