http://www.amazingmechanical.com/rearend.htm

Looks interesting, bigger ring, pinion option... Wonder what shipping from canada would cost.

I saw these a few years ago. For most of us they'd probably be fine. But I see alot of 2nd genners that still have to step up from the big 10bolts to the 12bolt.

I cant seem to find how much it says it costs?

It has to be less than 700 for it to be worthwhile. For 1100 you can get a new 12 bolt, and I'd splurge a little more for a 12 bolt if the time came anyways unless that beefy 10 bolt were priced right.

I think the only difference is the ring gear in a 12 bolt is just a little larger. The pinions in both the 10 and 12 are the same size. They are using 12 bolt alxles in that reareand. Looks like it would be a good one. Friend of mine was running high 9s with a 10 bolt and it held up. It would have to be cheaper then the 12 bolts for me to buy but im thinking its not much if any with all those new parts in it.

I see 'em go in the classified section on TGO every now and then for around that price. Of course it would cost a bit more for shipping, and they would be used pieces.
