well, i'm off to spend the next two weeks in beautifull Kohna, HI. i'll be back Dec 30th. so you will all have to go on living without my 5.32 posts per day... how will the board survive.
i would post while i'm gone... but my mother has dial up. so that won't be happening..... _________________ 86' firebird (Junked in 2015). 88' GTA (sold in 2020).

I WANT SOME TIPS ON A GOOD SPOT!!!
today we surfed (the term "surfed" used loosley here) just past that blue church (st peters?) on the 76 block. my Bro and i rented 9.4 ft longboards. we both got caught in the rip and ended up in the rocks about a quarter mile down the beach. i brused my heal and got a few srapes, he got few scrapes and smacked his face on the board.... but we are going to try it again tomorow morning.
so far i have only seen three thirdgens, a busted ass red camaro, a white firebird with grey roof and hood, and another busted ass red camaro. this is mustang country... the new ones are everywhere!!!
also, know any good cheap places to eat? |

Go to HILO! Make the road trip and if the swell is up, you'll find sandier breaks.
That church actually floated away during hurrican iniki in 95'. Then it floated back right onto its foundations, pretty amazing stuff. I have it on video.Remember, its winter, so the north shore is where the swells tend to come. Summer is south shore. Kahalu'u Beach Park is kind of the beginner spot...something safer.
Ok, good eats, its been a while...
Kona Mixed Plate. Nothing like plate lunch bruddah, just be careful of the mac salad ( kidding)
Go for teri chik or get the huli huli chicken, my fav.
Good beer can be found at Kona Brewery. You've gotta kinda of ask around for where this stuff is at, I haven't been to kona in five years and im rusty at it. _________________
