Hard to see in the photos, but is that a Berlinetta script on the C-pillar? If it is, it should also be on the driver side nose and passenger side deck lid/spoiler. None-the-less a good looking 2nd gen. |
The people I got it from bought it 4 years ago and then let it sit. Someone before them had alot of bright ideas. All of my researching indicates it's just a Camaro with the spoiler option...the hood was added later, but amazingly enough it opens and closes without issue. _________________

Sounded better in your co-worker's early descriptions, but it should be a fun project! _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

If we can find some rally wheels like the one's on my '80, that would look badass! And to think, I literally threw them away! |

Wasn't one of them cracked? Not that it would have been an issue to fix it or anything. _________________

Nonsense. Centerlines or the late-Z/Monte Carlo 5-spokes are the correct rim choice for a second gen Camaro.
Put rallys on your Chevelle or first gen or something. |

I wouldn't mind a set of silver late 2nd Gen Z-28 wheels. I kinda like them. _________________

Ironically I actually had a decent set of those late-Z wheels that I turned for scrap because I thought no one would ever want them! |

Yup, that's them. The N90 rims from '80-'81 Z28s.
My good ol' piece of crap Bondo Bucket had those rims:
