Crew,
We are well past the time we should have started planning already. Time to get on this. Looks like Dewey and Steve have settled on the weekend of April 13th.
EDIT*

I cannot attend Saturday evening festivities on the weekend of March 2nd/3rd due to a prior commitment. Jen would be unable to attend at all this weekend.
I cannot attend the weekend of March 9th/10th as I will be at the Seattle 4X4 Expo with www.roguefab.com working the booth.
I cannot attend Saturday evening festivities on the weekend of March 29th/30th due to a prior commitment. |

Do we have any hosts? That seems like it may be an issue this year. There's only a few portland area people around now and they've been stuck with us all the last few years.
Main point to this.. If we do have someone hosting, what weekends can they do it? It's not really up to us. |

March 9th/10th and March 30th/31st don't work for me, I am on call for work. I may also be moving the end of feb or beginning of march, so I really have no idea right now what my schedule is going to be like or my availability to host people. I should know more in the next couple of weeks. |

Looks like 2 of those dates can be scratched off for sure then. |

It sounds like NONE of the dates can be left for sure if John is to host. I can host the whole weekend if need be. John would that work for you or are you set on hosting as you have done in prior years? |

I am fine with someone else hosting, but as of now, I probably can't attend much of anything on the weekends that I am on call.
I will know more in a couple of days on what is going on with moving, and the timeline for that.

I'd offer to host but I think the drive over to Steve's in the morning may be a bit far... _________________

I'm more than willing to host. However, I live in an apartment complex so it's rather small and for the most part, parking is limited to the street side. I don't know how enjoyable some people may find that. But I probably live closer to Steve's shop than, well, anyone. So you can count me in unless we find a more desirable place. _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

You want to do Friday night and I will do Saturday night? Split it up, as is tradition. |

If you give me a few days, I will likely be fine hosting, and have plenty of room. My roommate is in the final stages of buying a house, so we are waiting to know closing dates, etc. to know when we will be moving.
If all woks out, end of March is fine and I'll have plenty of room to host, I just need it to be a week I am not on-call for work, and that we are done moving into the new house/garage/shop. |

Any updates? I'm required to give 30 days notice before requesting time off from work. |

I can do March 23rd, but will need to talk to Steve, and get some kind of head count.
If that is too short notice for either Steve, or everyone here, April 6th or April 13th are options.

I'll more than likely be dynoing both my cars this year. But that's no garuntee. Anything can happen as I've found out before first hand. The 6th would be a no go for me, though. I'll be out of town for the Port Townsend cruise. |
