Probably...my 85 was built at the end of the model year. My original radiator was date stamped May 16, 1985. _________________

This is how mine was on my '85Z. I always thought it had a threaded stud with a normal nut inside the quarter panel though. Maybe I am mistaken. Mine was also a late manufacture date. |

| So with this info, it looks as if I need to look into a 84. But I may be putting the aero efx on. So perhaps I will wait. |

The question is, do the GFX attaching styles follow year of the body panels, or the gfx? _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Wasn't nearly as bad a job as I thought it would be. Definetly a two man job though! Glad to be rid of the dented, rusty, and sagging door! _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6
