Only thing I can say is that I'm sure the cars didnt get to the speeds they do now.

That being said, I know some of them wrecks the people didnt walk away from.

It's amazing how they placed no value in safety. After a few wrecks, you would have thought they would install seat belts and a roll cage. Even if they were as dumb as rocks the process of elimination would have resulted in a safer car.

The Process of elimination DID result in safer cars.

There was just a lot of dumb to get through.
