Its running fine now. Oil change and some seafoam.

Had I been able to figure out that it wasnt cranking because of water in the cylinders, then i would have done that, i didnt make the connection ...

It seems like he is chasing his tail here, and I dont know much about fuel injection. He says his timing is off, but the mechanic he is working with has him chasing the EGR valve "Thingy"
